Integration- General Tab

This tab acts as the main observation screen to check on the status of the integration and how you push information into CRM.

  1. Within the 'Status' area  there is the option for requesting a 'Field Mapping Schema'.
    A green tick on this indicates that a request from a user input on the Mappings Tab has been made, to get all relevant fields from the CRM so they may be mapped. A blue circle indicates that the task has completed or there is no active request.
  2. A green tick on 'Field Mapping Updates' indicates that a request from a user input on the Mappings tab has been made to publish all the added/changed filed mappings. A blue circle indicates that the task has completed or there is no active request.
  3. 'Data Feed Options' allows you to choose which data feeds you send back to CRM i.e. 'Email Sent' shows you the emails you have sent out to customers and pushes that information into your CRM.
